While placing your order, you will be prompted to enter a desired production time (how quickly you need the products printed/embroidered) and a desired shipping method (how quickly you need them shipped to you after printing). If there are no artwork delays on your order, the estimated delivery date offered by the website will provide you with a realistic timeframe for the delivery of your order. In most cases, it takes roughly 2-4 business days to have your products perfected and printed, then shipped.
The imprint/thread colors that will be used to print your artwork/design will be determined on the quantity you are ordering and what printing method will be used on your specific order . We can also alter your own logos to simplify the number of colors in a print, or print in one color.
If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service or art dept. as soon as possible at (305-746-7494) with your order number. No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has started.
If you do not have your own artwork or design you wish to upload, we offer a wide selection of fonts and clip arts to choose from. Use of our predesigned images is free of charge. We offer a variety of images for occasions, popular customizations, and more. You can also have these clipart items changed to fit your needs (like customizing a wedding one with your names and dates) as well.
On each product page, there is a Start Design Button. Just Press Start Design on the product details page of the product you want, and enter your desired production method, production time (how quickly it needs to be printed), printing colors, print position, state, and shipping method (how quickly you need it shipped) and an estimated price of your order will appear.
We accept illustrator .eps, ai, .ps, pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpeg 300, tif 300 resolution, gif 300 resolution, or png. If you have a different format, please contact our art department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
It is preferred that your artwork is ready at the time that you order. However, you may contact our design team if you need a custom design/logo created at 305-746-7494 or email@example.com
If you would like to print a multi-logo color logo in just one color, we can alter your design to the color of your choice.

Yes, if you tell us how you would like your artwork changed, our art dept. can work with you on perfecting your logo or design. Our team of expert graphic designers works closely with customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want printed on their products.
On most of our items you will find a start design button, where you can view your artwork on the item before placing your order. Or you can write special instruction before placing the order in our checkout page for example print width, how many inches from the collar ect. If No Special Instructions Are Provided We Will Try To Come As Close As Possible To Your Automated Mockup.
